Named after Concepción “Conchita” Edington, this house has been family owned for 20 years and we’re hoping to share some of the amazing experiences we’ve had with others who love Las Gaviotas.
One of the best locations in Gaviotas, this beautiful rental is right on the water and steps away from the pool and jacuzzi area. Sit out on the patio and watch the surf or wander over to the pool for cocktails and tacos.
Sleeps 6 guests, 3 bed, 2 bath. Ideal for families or multiple couples, though 5-6 individuals sleep well here. Includes large patio and roof areas with ocean views, indoor and outdoor gas fires, hot water outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a pullout sofa.
Bed sizes per room - 1 Queen (master), 1 full, 1 full/twin bunk bed.
