Reservations for all Baja Coastal Properties rental homes are on a first-come basis and inquiries can be made via the reservations form on the Contact page or by calling the office at 858-755-5772 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of a security deposit or payment in full.  The remaining balance must be received 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Check-In & Departure 
Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 11:00am on day of departure. Any change to the arrival/departure time will be determined on a case by case basis the week of arrival.  All homes have a lock-box for your convenience.

Sending Payment 
A reservation letter that includes instructions for electronic transfer of funds will be provided to all those who qualify to rent a property.

Security Deposit
A security deposit check of $200-$500 is required for all properties.

The security deposit will be returned to you once the house has been checked and it is confirmed that there are no fines or damages.  This takes approximately 14 days, but can take longer during the busy season and holidays.

Cleaning Fees
A one-time cleaning fee is collected for each home.  Fees vary per home.

Minimum Stay
There is a 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less a $100 processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to your rental dates. After 2 weeks your refund is subject to re-booking.  If you rebook for later dates all funds can be applied to the new dates.

Community Rules & Regulations
Please make yourself familiar with the rules and regulations of the community you will be staying in. There is access to the rules for each community on this website and in the information book in every Baja Coastal Property home or condo.  NOT READING THE RULES or being unaware of the rules does not mean you will not be expected to follow them during your stay.
