Las Gaviotas Rental Community

In addition to the beautiful setting along the pacific coastline, Las Gaviotas offers 24/7 private security.  Making it safe for all to enjoy the many amenities available within the gated community.

Visitors to Las Gaviotas can stroll along the boardwalk, play volleyball on the private access sand beach, or catch some waves in the well-known surf break in front of the community. Las Gaviotas also offers a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and a playground for the kids with a mini putting green.

If surfing is top on the list of things to do, Las Gaviotas is a great destination.  The popular south break is visible from nearly every home in the community whether you are oceanfront or backrow.  Many times, there are even great waves at the north end of the community.  Just be careful of the rocks.

Full-time groundskeepers maintain the garden areas located throughout the community.  They are filled with a variety of flowers - including roses, hibiscus and bougainvillea spilling over flagstone paths leading to the ocean. Be captivated by the abundant sea life and the appearance of schools of dolphin, migrating whales, as well as many pelicans and seagulls.
