Dr. Óscar Ávila, owner and director, graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 1978. He continued his education in Prosthodontics, Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry at Loma Linda University in the United States from 1992 to 2001. To ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care, he keeps up to date thru numerous continued education programs.
Dr. Ávila and his family founded the University of Rosarito in 2002 and he teaches at Dental School every day.
